THE CREATING GAME TIPS FOR INNER WORK

POSTED : 17 APRIL 20086 COMMENT(S)

Stop the mind

The Creating Game is not about teaching you to visualize, meditate, do breathing exercises or practice yoga, but I can guarantee that your creations will manifest much more quickly if you do at least develop a meditation practice. I have found that people have many reasons and excuses for not doing such simple work and once questioned it really comes down to the fact that they do not believe they have any effect. My response is always ‘what have you got to lose’. These practices are ancient and go back to the past where this wisdom was practiced for the good of humans and the earth.

Here are some simple guidelines to follow to connect to your inner voice.

Take a moment to sit up straight where ever you may be, this will subliminally instruct the body and mind to connect in the partnership of creating

• Close your eyes and take three slow, even and deep breaths

• Let your self be open to any answers that you receive, without judgement

• Relax the body, check shoulders and face for tension and tightness

• Ask the specific question that is provided at the beginning of each activity. You can use the words suggested or make up your own

• After you have waited a moment stop and listen to the first thing that comes into your head

• Do not analyse the answers or make them fit what you really think you want to hear

You may be surprised at what you hear, and may have the same old issues coming back again and again. This is not a bad sign. What it will do is help you to see how your inner chatter is programmed to say the same things. Understanding this will help you to connect with your energy and to either let it go or to embrace it depending on what serves you best at this time.

use these tecniques to help stop the mind from interfering with your quiet process

YOU CREATE EVERYTHING – YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE

POSTED : 16 APRIL 20085 COMMENT(S)

I love this interpretation of James Ray , he clearly points out that when bad things happen, when things seem out of our control, it is our 'ability to respond' in a particular way that makes us create the things around us and how we feel and react

'You create everything – you are responsible'

'Rather everything is your responsibility and nothing is your fault

If you dissect the word (response-ability), you find it really means "the ability to respond." How we choose our responses is what we'll continue to attract, create and become. To think that your life will be challenge free is illusion. Challenges are the way we test how much we have or have not developed our ability to respond.'
