I am a Psychotherapist with work that includes Integrative and Psychodynamic Concepts. I have a B.A in Communication and Psychology and studied Integrative Coaching with the Debbie Ford Institute.

I encourage people to examine themselves and the pains and rigours of their lives, to develop clarity with regard to their daily patterns of nutrition and complimentary activities and from there to develop an in-depth understanding of their health, happiness and wellbeing.
