Qualities of Essence

We are whole and divine beings yet sometimes we need a little help to enable us to work to our best potential. All of us have a huge range of qualities that we can call upon to help us to create what we desire.

Sometimes we stumble, face challenges and even hit what feels like a brick wall and it is the power of inner and universal essence that supports us through these stages. Through meditation and intuition I have chosen 10 Qualities of Essence for you to purposefully choose from (there are currently 20 qualities in The Creating Game workshop). You can choose a quality any time but you should stick with one quality for at least a week - a month is much more effective as you are then able to integrate the quality and draw from it in a powerful way.

Read the following guidelines first and then click Show Me:-

• Close your eyes and take three deep breaths
• Choose your qualities, let your inner self make the choice
• Stay with the first quality, do not swap it because you might not like it
• Spend some time considering what your quality means to you and how it affects you emotionally. (Your reaction will give you clues about how you perceive this quality within you)
• Look at a thesaurus or ask others about what your quality means and represents
• Commit to using the attributes and meanings of your quality to help you to work with your creation
• What ever quality you have been guided to choose will be absolutely correct for you in this creation
