Yummy Sweet Potato Hash Browns

The biggest job is to grate everything first, I added a little feta cheese and loved them. I served them up with a handful of rocket salad and my hubby scoffed them with brown sauce!! Yes, I know but whatever you fancy! Made with fresh veg and some herbs and spices, with a little feta cheese.
