Can't say enough about Body Brushing

Dry Body Brushing, Oiling then Shower

Before your morning shower give your body a dry brush with a soft body brush. Best to use natural bristles if possible.

This process will stimulate the bodies lymphatic process and encourage the removal of toxins that will begin to leave the body.

Start from feet upwards, hands upwards and towards your heart area. On sensitive areas like the face and chest, be very gentle or use a dry cloth.

Do not wet the brush in this process, you will remove and disturb dry skin. Don’t forget the soles of your feet and palms, you can be more vigorous here and do a general reflexology process!

Sesame Oil

After your dry body brush, pour some sesame oil into your palms and rub using long strokes over the whole body, including the face. Now brush your teeth and allow the oil to penetrate for a few minutes.

Shower

Shower the body using natural products to wash any excess oil from the skin, but try to leave some oil to nourish the skin throughout the day. You will not be sorry after you see the improvement of your skin as it begins to glow!
